We plan to migrate the OMRON connect cloud service on Oct. 6th 2021.
This is to inform customers who are using our Cloud services to prepare in advance.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Requirement for all cloud users

Please follow the two instructions below before Oct. 6th 2021, when the system is scheduled to be migrated.

1. Please confirm your user information before the system migration.

On the day of migration, you will be automatically signed out from account, so you will be prompted to sign in.

How to confirm your user information

  • (1)Open the app, then tap ”” icon.

  • (2)Tap “User Profile”.

  • (3)Confirm your username
    and email address.
    * Please keep username & password.

* If you forgot your password, please reset.

2. Please complete account verification in advance if you haven’t done yet.

How to verify your account

  • (1)Tap the banner on the top in the home screen

  • (2)Tap “Re-send Verification Email”.
    (You can also change your email address here.)

  • (3)Check the email
    when you see this screen.

  • (4)Tap the URL in the email
    to complete your verification.

* To reset your password, account verification have to be completed in advance.

User Impact along with system migration

Meantime between migration and sign in,
following functions are not available.

  • BP Diary
  • HealthGift
  • Backing up and restoring measurement data in the cloud
  • During migration,
    maintenance notification is displayed
    on cloud service screen.

* Using healthcare devices and storing in App won’t be affected even during migration

Q1 Forgot your account's user information

A1 If you have signed in with the device before, it will be displayed in [User Profile] of the application.

How to confirm your user information

  • (1) Open the app,
    then tap“”icon.

  • (2) Tap “User Profile”.

  • (3) Confirm your user information.

Q2 Forgot your account password

A2 Password reset is available in user profile menu.

How to confirm your user information

  • (1) Open the app,
    then tap “” icon.

  • (2) Tap “User Information”.

  • (3) Tap “Password Reset”.

  • (4) Enter your email address.

  • (5) Confirm the email that you have just received.

  • (6) Tap the URL in the email.

  • (7) Enter your new password.

  • (8) Password reset is completed.

Q3 Unable to reset password

What is the OMRON connect cloud?

It is a service that automatically backs up measurement data.
It enables recovery of your data from the cloud in case of upgrading smartphone, lost or accident. Use of 'BP Diary' feature.
